Bell gate HUY / BELGIUM description:

Art by Luc Navet placed on a roudebout. After the open gate, we see a figure with a basically human shape. The head is carrying a volute, from which in the middle a long horn is leaving. We are wondering what the noise is when the wind blows hard enough. It was inogurated on June 2nd year 2002
