The White (or Large) Moor and The Black Moore GHENT / BELGIUM description:

These gothic stepped gables were probably built in 1476. The gables carry pinacles on the uneven gable stairs. Above the ground floor, the gable is corbling out on Tudor arches. Above the first floor, there are interesting Boven half-reliefs.
