Castle ruins Fargues / FRANCE description:

Those ruins are the remains of a 14th century castle. Under the reign of Hendrick IV (born Decembre 13th, 1553 – assassinated Mai 14th, 1610) the castle was modernized and part of the military character vanished. Also during the 17th century, restaurations and mondernisations were done. Sadly, the castle burned down during the 18th century. Classified as historic monument since 11 decembre 2007.
