Kilbay Bridge Del Gallego / Philippines description:

Kilbay Bridge connects the provinces of Camarines Sur and Quezon. It's 135 meters long et surplonge la rivière Kilbay. Building started in 1994, on December 10th, and was completed in 1995 on September 14th. One day later, it was inagurated by September 15, 1995 by former President Fidel Ramos.

The local people use the bridge to jump into the river....
