Anonymous: 'Bucarest, prime city of Romania, is existing since 1459. Between the 2 World Wars, it was a florissant administrative and cultural city, surnamed as 'Small Paris'. However, the fall of the Monarchy and the Russian Communist period from August 23, 1944 lead to heavy decline for Bucarest and Romania.

Till today (anno 2015) it is hard to overcome the effects of this.
