case for less important roads (to small villages in the mountains), but here we talk about
E79, the main road between the new bridge over the Danube/Donau and Sofia)
However... there is something to say in favor of this.... As a highway passing through a
village... you need to limit the speed of the cars and trucks. In Belgium, we'd spend a lot
of money to get good roads, and then spend again a lot of money to reduce the speed...
