Born in 1695, died 1760, the marquis of Tourny, in 1730 nominated as Limoges Intendant, and in 1743-1747 intendant of Guyenne in Bordeaux, cunellar of the State since 1757.
The bronze/a> statue in Bordeaux is an homage to the Volunteer, engaged in urban works in Bordeaux. '
