for William Boyes (or Boys) and his wife and is protected. It was built around the end f
the 16th or at the beginning of the 17th century, with changes around the end of the 17th
and during the 20th century.
Behind the plastered wall one finds timber framing.
William Boyes was major in Colchester.
On March 7th 2018 on according to the Historvista visitors this was the most beautiful
building on the website.
