Cartier Mill Doué-la-Fontaine / FRANCE description:

This wind mill was built in 1909-1910 by miller M.Cartier (which declares the name). It's the last wind mill built in Anjou. The death of the miller in 1936 also stopped the milling. In 1982 the mill was restorated.
