The new small tower BRUGES / BELGIUM description:This facade was constructed in 1885 in accordance with the plans of the
architect Oscar De Breuck in new baroque style. The used
materials therefore were dark red bricks alternating with light
stone.
Remarquable is the little orieltower with its
pearspire, that seperates the porchspan with a
little stepped gable from the main building.The little tower rests on an
Ionic colomn.
The gabel of the mainbuilding is decorated with rolwork. In the
tympanums of the windows you can see cartouchs or
shellworks.
