Salmon (also Malbec) city gate Rocamadour Rocamadour / FRANCE description:

The Middle Age city Rocamadour is protected by a series of city gates from the 14 and 15th century. The Salmon gate (also known as Malbec gate) is one of them.

The Salmon gate is still in a quite good shape. Above the passage under pointed arch, there are 2 floors, and on the site there is a staircase turret to get there.
