Saint Lawrence (Laurence) Church Ipswich / United Kingdom description:

This church may date frm the 15th century.

It is mainly known for it's ring of 5 bells: 4 are made around 1450 and the 5th around 1480. Tey are known as Wolsey's bells.

The upper part of the tower was rebuilt in 1882 by Barnes and Gaye, a compnay from London. Their new Victorian design consists of flowers and geometric shapes, including the initials S. and L.
