Statue Ham Janos Satu Mare / Romania description:This bronze statue shows a sitting Ham Janos. János Hám,
born in 1782, was bishop of Satu Mare between 1827 and 1857 (year of his death), and had
quite some of impact on how the city looks like today. Locally, János Hám is seen as a
saint, and steps have been taken towards his beatification.
We think this statue was made by László Zagyva.
