Saint-Saturninus was the first Bisshop of Toulouse. He was Greek, coming from Patras
. He died in 250, during persecution of the Christians under emperor Decius.
Saturuninus was accused for being the cause that the oracle in Jupiter's Temple in
Esquirol shut up. He was bound with his feet behind an aggressive bull, and torn of the
stairs of the capitol (leading to scull fractures). He was torn like this via the Roman
way till the bull street where his body was burried by his maîtresse and his servant.
